No such thing as a typical day
It’s safe to say that every day in recruitment can be different! You’ll be managing your own desk, with the best tools in the industry to support you.
Your day-to-day role could involve making sales calls, generating new business, talking to clients, searching for great candidates, interviewing people before putting them forward and managing the process of closing recruitment offers. You’ll have leading tools and advertising networks and you’ll learn invaluable skills as you work with companies and candidates alike.
Progression and promotions
We have a meritocratic promotion structure, where your performance helps you move up the ladder not your length of service.
This means less red tape and real opportunities for fast-track progression to Senior Consultant and then Team Manager. With clear goals and targets for promotion across all roles, and a policy for promoting people from within, there are no limits to how quickly you can advance or how far you can progress.
